Alex brings more than 20 years of applied research and teaching on culture and communication with over 100 scientific articles published. Pioneered and proved, with Professor Tom Reader the ground-breaking unobtrusive culture measurement. Consults and advises to major corporates and multi-nationals.

Elizabeth brings rich, relatable experience gained as the Chief People Officer of three ASX100 Companies. Anthony is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 30 years experience as a partner working in major international law firms globally. Anthony’s focus is on M&A and corporate advisory principally in the energy, mining, agriculture & technology sectors. He has advised on acquisition and merger laws, capital markets, corporate law including corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, shareholding. His roles have included managing complex transactions for clients in respect of the provision of legal services.

PHD of Organisational Psychology at London School of Economics and Political Science, directs the MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology and a member of the School’s Knowledge Exchange Framework Strategic Committee. Tom brings more than 20 years research and teaching on organisational culture with over 50 academic articles published. Pioneered and proved, with Professor Alex Gillespie the ground-breaking unobtrusive culture measurement. Consults and advises to major corporates and multi- nationals.
