Anthony is a corporate and commercial lawyer with over 30 years experience as a partner working in major international law firms globally. Anthony’s focus is on M&A and corporate advisory principally in the energy, mining, agriculture & technology sectors. He has advised on acquisition and merger laws, capital markets, corporate law including corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, shareholding.
